Someone at this time is enjoying a collection of grocery products for free. A claim was filed and the order is being re-sent. Anyone with my address can see on google Maps, there is no way on Gods green Earth this error could have been made by anyone other than an incompetent individual.Fortunately the order was from Costco and not a 1-of-a-kind item. His stand-in either does not know how to read 911-locator numbers on the mail boxes or does not know how to use Google Maps.A delivery scheduled for this Wednesday of a significant order was delivered to the wrong location. If you have a package that is a one-of and important, make sure your driver is in town and not on vacation or request the package be held until your regular driver returns.So my regular driver (Terry) delivering to the Cornelia area is great! Unfortunately he is on (well deserved) vacation. I recommend getting the contact info of your driver if you can. Use caution when ordering a package delivered by UPS if your regular driver is on vacation. At this point I told them to just hold it and I’ll pick it up myself because their drivers cannot relied upon to actually deliver a package.Īpparently UPS will hire anyone off the street. When I called customer service, they told me there was no delivery scheduled for Saturday (so the guy working the front counter lied) and told me it won’t be out for delivery again until Monday.
The last time I missed a package from FedEx, I just went up there, showed them my ID and was able to get it and be on my way.Saturday comes along, the status didn’t change to out for delivery. There was no notice on the door and my roommates that were at the house all day said that they never attempted to deliver it.I went there after I got off work to pick it up and they wouldn’t give it to me and told me they would attempt to deliver it Saturday.
I normally had pretty good luck with UPS but the past couple days have been a hassle.I had a package that was supposed to be delivered and the driver made no attempt to deliver the package and just said nobody was there to receive it. I’m truly disappointed between the customer service at this location lying along with their drivers not doing their job.
